I just wanted to send you a quick note to update you on our success for the 07 Calendar.  We have already redeemed 350 coupons. It is the middle of winter.  I cannot wait to see how we do once the warmer months get here.  We did 296 coupons last year in the first 5 weeks the calendar was out.  I can’t believe we toped this number this year but we did.  The most interesting part is that we didn’t even have a coupon in January.  Come back and talk to me later in the year.  I would love to give you another update.

The first year I advertised with Scott and the Town Planner, I was skeptical about the results.  When Scott came in after the first quarter we sat down and measured the Town Planner results vs. my other advertising mediums.  I was not only shocked, but also pleasantly surprised at the results we received.  We had consistent redemption from all coupons through out the year.

 As a business owner in the Alpharetta/Johns Creek area for 7 years I have tried many forms of advertising and found that many do not work very effectively.  I have a select few advertisers I work with now.  It is not often that I add another advertiser to my short list, but Town Planner has made my list.

 What I really like about the Town Planner, in addition to the response rates, is that it sits in front of our main customer base all year long.

As a business owner who is constantly on the look out for “Non-traditional” forms of advertising, I am glad I found the Town Planner.

First, the quality of the calendar is great.  It has a great feel, look and is very user friendly.  The information you put in the calendar is valuable and family friendly.

Second, your calendar works!  Immediately upon the Town Planner mail out, I received calls.  Initially, the calls where from current clients that noticed the ads and let us know they were using the calendar.  Then, we started getting calls from prospective customers.  We really notice that the months we are advertising, we receive calls.

Scott is hosting 2 out of the 3 networking events that I attend, and he is an excellent speaker and host. I noticed his program would be great for a business-to-consumer product, so I was looking for a product I could try to use with his services, and finally I found it!

I don't advertise much with print media anymore, but I wanted to try his program because it looked like such an effective business-to-customer portal.

Scott is great at creating focus on the message, so I signed up and am looking forward to this avenue of advertising next year. And I am sure it will do well! Like I said, I don't advertise much with printed advertising anymore, but Scott's program is exceptional for focused area advertising!
